What little boy DOESN't wear make up?
The Mountains are Calling!
We finally went hiking~
After only three hikes last year our legs were itchin and our fingers twitchin to get back into the mountains!!

Ammon loved to explore and march around in the dirty and throw rocks in the water. We would have to use our quick cat like reflexes when ever his aim was off!
We had soooo much fun hiking in the mountains. I am not sure if Ammon will let us put him the back pack again. He is such an outdoors boy and I can't wait to take him camping and fishing this year.
I tried loading a video but it was taking way to long! Just imaging how cute Ammon was being. lol

Appreciation
Well I say! Sometimes you have to go without something to really appreciate an item.
I would like to say I am a person with gratitude (most of the time at least... I do have my snobby moments) but I am going to argue, from experience, that you can't really.. and I mean REALLY.. appreciate something until it is gone.
For instance..
When I lived in VA we didn't have a microwave for the first month. At first I thought.. "Eh! No biggie. We don't really use a microwave that much." But Lo-and-behold the very next day I wanted to re-heat some food and it wasn't so easy without a microwave. I also had problems with microwave popcorn, heating up canned veggies, boiling water quick, ECT ECT! Needless to say.. I only lasted a month B4 I gave in a bought a microwave.
Well... now we are in our new place in Herriman. It is a brand spaken new apt complex so NO internet company will provide for us. They will provide for the houses a block down the road from us but they need to get special permission to go a block higher. So we are stuck with SLOW crap-ole-A service that came with the building because NO ONE else provides service out here! ARG! Will I ever take for granted high-speed internet again?? I THINK NOT!!!!!
Also, in the move we lost our camera charger and then the camera. That is a sad story in it’s self because now I have a void in our pictures and lost frozen in time moments FOREVER.
SOOO.... to make my really long story short. Between crappy internet and no camera I haven't been on my blog for a while and I sure missed everyone!
Also.. I hope me being gone has made you appreciate me more... HAHAHA! Just kidding.

Gonna miss the beach!
One of the nicest things about living in VA is being so close to the beach. The only problem is it is finally getting warm enough for us to really enjoy the beach and now we are moving :(
This last weekend it was 80 degrees so we decided to make it a beach day. Even though it was suppose pretty warm that day there was a cold breeze and it was foggy at the beach but we still had a lot of fun.
Ammon, Fiji and I kept running away from the waves and Ammon thought it was SO funny. He would actually get mad when we would stop.
So then we tried to bury Fiji but he wouldn't hold still!
Then We burried Nate and I tried to make him look like a Mermaid.
and... Nate burried just right :)
Then we got spin around in the Belly of a big monkey. (I don't want to hear about it Karlee)
This was Ammon's favorite ride but Nate wasn't so sure about it.

Right next to the beach was a little carnival so we decided to take Ammon on a couple of rides.
The Helicopter ride! Nate got to impress us with his great helicopter skills lol

Happy Saint Patty's Day!
We had such a good Saint Patty's Day!
We ate green food, washed our hair with green shampoo and conditioner bottles, we use green dove soap, dressed up in green clothes and even wore green make-up!
We also wore Saint Patty's green pj's!
That is why Nate's shirt doesn't match ours.

I told Nate when he came home he had to talk in an Irish accent the WHOLE time. But he only did it for a little bit... the stinker!

I would've done it but my Irish accent always turns out sounding Arabic.
Don't ask me how?
